The firm is thrilled to announce the appointments of Andrew Buckley and Kristina de Hesse to Associate.

Andrew Buckley

It was February 2016 when Andrew joined the firm as an Undergraduate, brought across by the late Director Michael Cameron, who was a mentor to him in his early career.

Andrew provides advice across a broad range of subjects including taxation, business structuring, financial monitoring and reporting, business performance, and compliance, to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.

His work spans a broad range of industries, from manufacturing and construction to professional services and mining exploration, with experience extending into retail and tech start-ups.

Andrew has built a strong reputation for his hands-on approach to client service, taking the time to get out and see clients, understand their businesses and be available when they need him most. He takes particular pride in the relationships he builds with clients, their staff and their families, and in helping them navigate difficult situations and achieve their goals.

As a leader, Andrew leads by example and places great importance on building a team environment where people enjoy coming to work. He has an open door policy and genuinely enjoys mentoring staff and seeing them grow.

This is a well-deserved milestone for Andrew and we congratulate him on this appointment.

Kristina de Hesse

Kristina (Krissy) joined the firm as an Undergraduate back in 2013, and has grown significantly throughout her time with us, developing a deep understanding of her clients’ businesses and a strong commitment to helping them focus on what matters most, growing their business.

Krissy works across property, construction and development, and professional services. She prides herself on having a robust understanding of her clients’ operations and takes great satisfaction in building lasting relationships that support their accounting needs.

Beyond her client work, Krissy has played an active role in developing and improving internal processes, embracing new technology tools to find smarter ways of working for the benefit of the team. She takes a collaborative approach as a leader, working alongside her team to solve problems and find the best outcomes together.

In 2025, Krissy was awarded the Michael Cameron Core Values Award, recognising the employee who has consistently demonstrated our values of Generosity, Respect, Authenticity, Balance, Integrity and Excellence throughout the year.
