Hall Chadwick QLD recently had the pleasure of sponsoring the Ilfracombe Races, an event aiming to deliver classic country racing like never before!

The inaugural event was held on a sunny winter’s day in July and featured five thrilling horse races, capped off with a cheeky sprint of race goers in underwear.

Director Rob Sendall attended the event and was impressed by the commitment of the event team and enthusiasm and energy of the race goers.

While the thundering of horse racing was the clear highlight, a hotly contested Fashions on the Field and music by the Kim McCartin band provided ample entertainment off the track.

It was heartwarming to see the support and passion for this event by the community, driven by friendships new and old.

Congratulations to all event organisers, who put together a fantastic day which went off without a hitch. We were proud to play a small role in helping this event get off the ground and look forward to seeing you back by the track next year at the 2025 Ilfracombe Races!
